Mutiara Damansara

Mutiara Damansara is a self-sustained mixed development located at the north of Petaling Jaya City & just next to Bandar Utama. The development is comprises of shopping centres, commercial and office buildings, and a high-end residential development within the township.

Most famous for its shopping appeal, Mutiara Damansara is the home for The Curve Shopping Centre, IKEA, IKANO Power Centre, TESCO, e@Curve etc. Two hotels are available at the commercial precint of Mutiara Damansara i.e. The Royal Bintang and The Royal Bintang Damansara hotel. 

Office buildings located within the precint includes Surian Tower (Menara Surian), Menara UAC, Menara KLK, Menara Mudajaya, Wisma Bentley Music and Menara TSR (future). Other buildings include Curve NX (Kidzania), Lexus showroom, Proton Edar showroom etc. 

Accessed by LDP, Penchala Link and Persiaran Surian, the accessibility is not a big issue here. 

Under the MRT project planning, Mutiara Damansara is going to be connected by a MRT station located at Persiaran Surian next to Surian Tower and Royal Bintang Damansara hotel. 

Parking facilities during weekdays are rather sufficient with a very good per entry rate for the shopping malls, starts as low as RM1 per entry per day!

F&B are abundant within the commercial areas especially those within the shopping malls.
